Trade deadline reaction
Yasiel Puig and Franmil Reyes, now teammates in Cleveland, thanked their former fans and teams.
Teams welcomed their new additions. Houston made the biggest headlines, acquiring Zack Greinke, Aaron Sanchez, Joe Biagini and Martín Maldonado. The Rays were also excited to bring in Jesús Aguilar from Milwaukee.
Gurriel keeps rolling
Yuli Gurriel hit .398 in July and finished the month with a 17-game hitting streak. His hot hitting earned him a new nickname.

Ozuna working way back
The Cardinals didn’t make a major move at the deadline, but they hope to have Marcell Ozuna back in their lineup soon. He’s headed to Memphis on a rehab assignment.
