Another Clemente statue
A statue of Roberto Clemente was unveiled Friday outside Dennis Martínez Stadium in Managua, Nicaragua. Clemente was on a plane headed to Nicaragua with relief supplies when his life was cut short.

Former American League MVP José Altuve of the Astros spent time with Maya Berry Spear, the daughter of the late actress Monica Spear, who was killed in Venezuela five years ago. In this post he also calls for peace in Venezuela.
