Tuesday night Bartolo Colon made history earning his 246th career victory and breaking Dennis Martinez’s 20-year-old record for most wins by a pitcher born in Latin America. It’s a big win for el Big Sexy!

Once again this year, players across Major League Baseball will be getting creative with their jerseys for Players’ Weekend.

The Rockies German Márquez pulled off baseball’s rare ‘immaculate inning’. An immaculate inning is three straight strikeouts on three pitches apiece for a total of nine. It was only the second in franchise history and 92nd in MLB history.
