They’re all related. Linda Wawrzyniak is teaching the sports world exactly how that is. She is founder of Higher Standards Academy where she currently serves as an adviser. The mission of HSA is to support the transition and development of international talent by removing the barriers of language, increasing cultural competence and cognitively enhancing adjustment abilities. She joined our La Vida Baseball team to talk about the work shes done with HSA to help ball players overcome cultural obstacles to improve on the field results.
