Introducing the 2019 La Vida Baseball Award Nominees

The La Vida Baseball Awards are our annual way to celebrate the best in Latino baseball from the 2019 season, on and off the field. For the third consecutive year we’re honoring the best style, smile, hustle and heart we’ve seen from Latino players across the league.

We have a distinguished panel of insiders, celebrities and friends of the program who will be voting this year. The panel includes 2005 World Series-winning manager Ozzie Guillén, Astros Spanish language broadcaster Francisco Romero, St. Louis Cardinals Spanish language radio voice Polo Ascencio, Chicago Cubs superfan Captain Cubbo, the Ortiz sisters and La Chica Deportes Jennifer Mercedes’ favorite Uber driver. The La Vida Baseball staff will pick as well.

This year, the fans will have a voice in who wins. You can cast your votes here.
