There were some impressive photos taken before the Nationals ran away with a 12-3 victory in Game 2. Álex Rodríguez and David Ortiz grabbed a selfie with Juan Soto.
Big Papi got a selfie with Soto and Víctor Robles as well.
Later José Altuve joined A-Rod, Big Papi, Hall of Famers Frank Thomas and Craig Biggio and Commissioner Rob Manfred for a photo with Hank Aaron. Aaron was presenting the 2019 National League Hank Aaron Award to Milwaukee’s Christian Yelich before Game 2.
Nationals outfielder Gerardo Parra was promoting good vibes.

The Sporting News announced their end-of-season award winners. Houston’s Yordan Álvarez was named the Sporting News American League Rookie of the Year.

These kids at the Nationals’ academy in the Dominican Republic were excited for Washington’s success.
